What Happens in a Session
Opening in Prayer
I begin in prayer, inviting divine protection, discernment, and the presence of the Holy Spirit to guide every step. From this grounded place, I identify what does not belong and facilitate its removal with care and authority. This is not a fearful process. It is a holy one.
Clearing & Release
Once the spiritual presence or energy has been cleared, we turn our attention to the emotional residue it leaves behind — the feelings and thought loops that formed around its expression. Like clearing a room after a storm, we gently release what was stirred.
Restoration
Peace is restored to the energetic and emotional body. Each session is bespoke and led entirely by Spirit — no two sessions are the same, because no two people are.
