The mind is quick to spiral when it feels like you’re on the sidelines, especially when you carry a soul mission that feels too big, too different, too deep to explain. But what I’m learning—and remembering—is that this is the medicine. This is the recalibration.
I’ve known the essence of leadership for a long time—not just the external expression of it, but the internal path. The child in me saw the sacredness in emotional intelligence long before it became language for the world. I’ve studied the space between the inner child and the conscious adult. I’ve walked between spiritual vision and tangible life. And what I carry is not just knowledge—it’s frequency.
So when I feel “behind,” I’m reminded:
I’m not late.
I’m not off-track.
I’m simply early.
What It Means to Be Early
If you’ve ever felt like you’ve been sitting on your gifts while others seem to race ahead, you’re not alone. But what you’re doing is building energetic integrity. You’re choosing to move from alignment, not pressure. From wisdom, not fear.
And that… takes time.
Your soul may not want to create from the same rhythm the world demands. That doesn’t mean you’re falling behind. It means you’re creating something that will last.
How I’ve Been Reframing This Season
- I take note of the emotions that rise: frustration, anxiety, even guilt.
- I ask what they’re here to teach me—not punish me for.
- I channel those feelings into movement, into writing, into action that feels honest, not performative.
- I stay close to my practices. The ones that ground me. The ones that remind me who I am.
This Is the Reminder I’m Holding Close
You’re not behind.
You’re not late.
You’re incubating something sacred.
And when it lands—it will ripple.
The children are watching. The emerging leaders are awakening. And the world is finally catching up to the frequency you’ve always carried.
